I have Ruptured my ACL ? I need some help and sugestions ???
Doctor has suggested me a Surgery..Is there any chance to avoid the Surgery and still stay healthy for the rest of my life…Or is there any alternative for surgery , like some kind of therapy …Can just putting knee braces help me…If not , what are the Disadvantages of avoiding Surgery ….Please let me know your views and also " Should i opt for surgery or i should avoid it ?? "

The surgeries have come a long way but I opted not to have the surgery. I didn’t rupture my ACL just tore it a tad. However, I am in pain every single day of my life. I am probably going to be undergoing the surgery with in the next 5 years though. It is getting harder and harder for me to prevent and recover from smaller injuries to my knee and leg.
