Start slow. Make small changes at first and build upon that.

My suggestion is to start by walking and turn it into jogging. Whatever exercise you do it will help you lose weight as long as you stick to it. Cut out junk food, fast food, fried food, sodas. Drink only water. eat 5-6 meals a day. Cut your portions gradually. Do not go all hard on yourself, take it easy at first then start increasing intensity slowly. If you can also try to do 3-5 days resistance training (weight lifting) Muscle burns more energy then fat.
Don't be depressed We all been in similar situation we all been overweight or obese in some point in our lives.(or at least most of us)
remember first few weeks is the hardest. After you see a drop in scale its all downhill from there
about the medicine. Most pills don't work and some leave you addicted to it. Or even if it does work when you stop taking it…you gain it back.
